Creative Workshops
For community groups, festivals & events
Creative sessions for community groups, WI evenings, venues and festivals.
These workshops are designed for shared experiences
Whether it’s a WI group, a local event, a venue evening or a large festival, the aim is the same: bring people together, get hands-on, and create something to take away.
WI Workshops
Relaxed, creative sessions designed especially for WI meetings and similar groups, with activities that are easy to enjoy together.
“I really can’t rate Steve highly enough. He ran a mosaic workshop for 30 of our WI members and the whole evening was fun, relaxed and brilliantly organised. Communication beforehand was excellent, he arrived fully prepared with plenty of materials and choice, and his demonstrations were clear and easy to follow.
Steve was professional, helpful and great fun.
We’ll 100% be booking another workshop!”
Cathy Regan (Tilly Widgets WI Group Leader)
Festivals & Public Events
Creative workshops that invite people to stop, join in and make something—adding a lively, interactive element to any festival or event.
Steve and I met at a small scale festival – ‘We Are Not A Festival’. With his clay model workshop he drew a big crowd and his enthusiasm was infectious! It stimulated the participants to amazing creativity.”

Libraries & Community Groups
Creative sessions for libraries, community groups, and local organisations, bringing people together in a welcoming, inclusive way. Ideal for seasonal and cultural celebrations throughout the year, from Christmas and winter events to spring and Easter themes.
“We had families dropping in throughout the day and it worked brilliantly. Some children came in full of ideas, others a bit unsure, but everyone got stuck in and left with something they were really proud of. It created such a lovely atmosphere in the space — busy, creative, and really welcoming. We had so many positive comments from parents saying how much their children enjoyed it.“

Social Venues & Private Groups
Ideal for wine bars, social venues, private parties and celebrations, offering a creative sociable experience people can share.
“I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it ended up being such a great evening. It was relaxed, really sociable, and something completely different to the usual night out. Steve made it easy to just have a go, and by the end everyone was chatting, laughing, and proud of what they’d made. A brilliant mix of creative and social.“

Plasticine modelling
(45 MINS+ OR ALL DAY DROP IN SESSIONS)
A fun, flexible session where people create their own characters or figures. It can be lightly guided or run as a drop-in, and can even evolve into a shared group piece. Ideal for larger groups and more lively, social settings.
Mosaic making
(2 HRS+)
A slower, more mindful process focused on pattern, colour and composition. This workshop suits smaller groups and longer sessions, giving people time to settle in and enjoy the rhythm of making.
Copper embossing
(60 MINS+)
A tactile, detailed activity where participants create embossed designs in metal. It works well for both individuals and groups, offering a balance of focus and creativity.
